# ICC Chemnitz – Indian Cultural Center Chemnitz

## What ICC Chemnitz does

- Welcomes Indian and international newcomers to Chemnitz: airport pickup,
  city registration (Anmeldung), housing, banking and university guidance.
- Organizes the signature cultural events of the Indian community in
  Chemnitz: Diwali Night, Garba Night, the "Glimpses of India" festival,
  and celebrations for Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri.
- Founded the USG Chemnitz Cricket Club in 2014.
- Works closely with TU Chemnitz, the Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau and the
  Student Council (StuRa).
